Adult Warriors

Now who says the kids get to have all the fun? Not us, that’s for sure. We believe that leading by example can encourage and motivate little ninjas to continue trying and building up their own strength. With in-depth knowledge from our Glad Movement Coaches, we provide a 60 minute structured class with Obstacle break downs, Strength and Conditioning exercises to help support some of those tricky obstacles and a supportive environment so regardless of an individuals current ability, everyone feels welcomed and supported during their scheduled class.
